Payroll Specialist

Job Description

A Global fashion company is looking for a payroll specialist in charge of the Japanese market area.


  • Ensure all the administrative processes of the payroll for employees in Japan.
  • maintain the communication with internal (HR POS team) and external partners (Payroll vendors).
  • Ensure the Implementing of HR administrative policies and legal regulations.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Ensure payroll operation, year-end tax adjustment, fix and estimate labor insurance, and social insurance.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese market and labor law.
  • Business English proficiency and Native Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Relevant previous experience in SAP working environment.
