Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate an HR operations vision aligned with global processes, business objectives, and people strategy.
- Lead initiatives that improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of HR services across regional and global teams.
- Accelerate automation, digitalization, and the introduction of scalable HR solutions to shift focus toward strategic, value-adding work.
- Use data insights to anticipate workforce trends, support decision-making, and prioritize operational improvements.
- Drive global standards while ensuring locally optimized HR service delivery.
- Lead major transformation and change management programs that enhance employee experience and long-term organizational performance.
- Oversee HR budgets, resources, and talent development to strengthen operational capability and resilience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- More than 10 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Extensive expertise with HR digital platforms and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors), including data quality management and scalable service delivery models.
- Professional credentials in process improvement or transformation methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Proven track record driving large-scale transformation in complex, multinational environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities, with a strong global mindset and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.

- Experience leading HR digital strategy or HR technology transformation.
