Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Manager and business leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Diagnose talent, organizational development, and employee engagement challenges using data-driven insights.
- Contribute as an active team member on company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
- Support organizational transformation through structured change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experience.
- HR Business Partner experience within a multinational or global organization.
- Ability to independently manage complex employee relations matters using data-driven thinking.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, forward-thinking approach to solving workplace challenges.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to partner effectively across HR functions.
- Capable of fostering positive workplace behaviors and enhancing employee motivation.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Intermediate to Business proficiency.
