Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Wiltshire based client in their search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This Accounts Receivable Clerk position is perfect for someone who has either Accounts Receivable or Billing/ Invoicing l experience and wants to work for a fantastic growing business.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. They do have parking onsite.
This Accounts Receivable Clerk offers growth and development for the right candidate, and you will work closely with the Accounts teams, the wider organisation and external stakeholders.
This Accounts Receivable Clerk role includes but is not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
- Process and manage incoming payments
- Debt chasing
- Accurately post payments to customer accounts.
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billing role
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
The package:
- £26,000 - £30,000
