Packaging Team Member

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Ireland, are seeking to hire a Packaging Team Member for their Athlone site.

Reporting to the Packaging Manager, the Packaging Team Member is responsible for secondary packaging of medicinal products, ensuring compliance with safety, GMP standards, and batch documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, prioritizing safety.
• Perform packaging operations per SOPs and Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs).
• Complete documentation accurately, including batch records, logbooks, and labels.
• Report deviations to the Team Leader or QA and support investigations.
• Follow material movement procedures within manufacturing areas.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety standards in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Food Industry.
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus.
• Familiarity with automated equipment and IT systems.
• Team player with the ability to meet performance goals.

• Minimum: Leaving Certificate
• Preferred: Certificate/Diploma in a technical or GMP-related field

• Minimum 3 years in a regulated GMP packaging environment.
