We are looking for an experienced M&A Program Manager - Purchasing to join our clients Purchasing Programs & Operations team in Dublin on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you will support supplier integration activities following company acquisitions, ensuring suppliers transition smoothly into established procurement processes. Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Security and business teams, you will manage multiple workstreams, drive actions to completion and help ensure business continuity throughout the integration process.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and has strong programme management and procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate supplier integration activities across multiple M&A workstreams.

Oversee supplier onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, payments and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Security and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve issues.

Track supplier transitions, maintain accurate programme data and provide regular status updates.

Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure key activities are delivered on time.

Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost savings, process improvements and automation.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in programme/project management, procurement, supplier management or operations.

Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, contracts, POs, payments and procurement processes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions.

Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP Ariba, Airtable or Smartsheet is advantageous.

Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and drive activities through to completion.
Desirable Experience

Previous experience supporting M&A integrations or post-acquisition activities.

Experience with AI, automation and process improvement initiatives.

Experience working within global technology or SaaS environments.
