Job Title - Sales Support Coordinator
Salary - £30,000 - £32,000k
Length - 12 Month FTC
Hybrid - 3 Days in office 2 days from home
Location - Crawley
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
- Make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers to discuss products, services, and opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for sales presentations.
- Arrange and conduct account reviews, run performance reports, and prepare detailed customer reports.
- Conduct regular calls to manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current.
- Generate new sales opportunities by engaging in proactive outreach activities.
- Prepare accurate quotations and promptly respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
- Process incoming sales inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in supporting marketing campaigns and activities to boost customer engagement.
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of the CRM database by regularly updating and verifying customer information.

- Exhibit a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls to customers.

- Previous experience in account management or customer service roles.
