Sales Support Administrator

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a team in Billingshurst. We are looking for a brilliant administrator, with excellent communication skills.

Salary: £23k-£26k

Location: Office based in Billingshurst, free parking.

Days / hours: Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30pm OR 9:00-5:30pm

Day to day duties will include:

Sales Support Administrator duties:

• Dealing with phone and email enquiries
• Processing billing & invoicing
• Liaise with the sales team and suppliers
• Mange engineers diaries
• Manage stock control and book deliveries

The ideal Sales Support Administrator will have:

• Customer service experience in a busy office
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Scheduling / booking experience
• Great sense of humour
