Salary: £25K - £30K per annum
Hours: 8.30-17.00 (Mon-Fri) - Office based
Duties include:
- Accounts Payable:Handle invoice processing, verify financial data for accounts payable records, and guarantee timely and accurate payments.
- Payroll Processing Support:Assist with payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Accounts Receivable:Support the creation of sales orders, generate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and keep precise transaction records.
- Payments/Receipts Posting:Record payments and receipts in the company's accounting software, maintaining current financial records.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exposure to accounting systems and processes
This is a full time, permanent role paying £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
