My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join their team in the South East area of Ireland in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with GMP standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent and reliable production processes.
- Responsible for process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimise downtime and ensure product quality.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, changes, and validation activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Chemical, Biomedical or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Proven experience in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
