Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage trademark portfolios for mobile services and international business expansion

Conduct clearance searches, file applications, and oversee registration processes

Handle oppositions, disputes, and infringement cases to protect brand value

Review press releases, advertisements, and product manuals from an IP compliance perspective

Draft and review IP-related contracts, including licensing and coexistence agreements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience with trademark applications and registration

Proven ability to conduct trademark clearance searches

Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
Language Requirements:
