Roles/Responsibilities

• Perform Execution work in Investment Transactions
• Screening Investment opportunities
• Conduct Financial Statement analysis

Required skills

• Minimum 2 year experience in Investment Bank, PE Fund or Trading Company in Japan
• Track record in M&A Advisory or Energy Investment
• Native level fluency in written and spoken Japanese and Business level English
