Join a global insurer as a P&C Financial Lines Underwriter, responsible for underwriting financial lines products such as Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), and Cyber insurance. You will manage portfolio quality, support business growth initiatives, and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite financial lines products including D&O, PI, and Cyber
- Manage portfolio loss ratios and recommend effective improvement measures
- Prepare renewal terms and analyze loss statistics for key accounts
- Partner with Sales teams to design and execute growth initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects to improve processes and systems
- Support marketing and product development activities for financial lines
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in underwriting corporate casualty or liability lines, or 3+ years in related insurance sales
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, risk management, compliance, and insurance products
- Proven ability to develop strategies and communicate them effectively
- English reading and writing skills for regular global correspondence
- Proficiency with underwriting systems and software
