Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in a corporate legal department or law firm (paralegal experience may be considered).
- Proven ability to review and negotiate English-language contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese contract law and risk management.

Language Requirements
