Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IP management systems and related IT tools.
- Propose and execute system-driven process improvements for IP operations.
- Manage implementation, vendor coordination, and system rollouts.
- Troubleshoot issues, handle bug fixes, and oversee system-related inquiries.
- Operate IP management systems and manage relationships with system vendors.
- Potentially oversee both IP operations and system management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven track record in system development projects.
- Ability to gather requirements and propose balanced IT/IP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and IP procedures.
Soft Skills:
- System-oriented problem solver with analytical mindset; collaborative team player.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (required for local collaboration and compliance).
- English: Fluent (for global reporting and vendor coordination).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership experience in system development projects.
- Familiarity with IP management systems (e.g., ANAQUA).
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as Power Automate, VBA, Access, or SQL.
