Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
Hands-on experience in task and progress management, and test scheduling.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1 equivalent or higher).
English: Business-level, capable of handling cross-functional communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
