Financial Crime Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities

• Enhance AML/CFT management system.
• Conduct AML risk assessments and respond to AML questionnaires.
• Review new products and projects within the AML/CFT scope.
• Manage hospitality gifts and handle sanctions-related matters.

Required skills

• Experience in a financial institution or in AML/CFT operations
• Native Japanese, Fluent English
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred skills

• Experience in wholesale operations or securities settlement-related operations in financial institutions.
• CAMS certification.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
