Customer Success Specialist - Digital Trading Tokyo

A leading global Fintech and digital trading technology company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support institutional investors and financial institutions operating in Japan's capital markets.

In this role, you will provide customer support for a sophisticated electronic trading platform, resolve technical and operational inquiries, and help institutional clients adopt digital trading solutions effectively. Working closely with sales and business development teams, you will support account onboarding, platform connectivity, and smooth trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer success and technical support to institutional investors using electronic trading platforms.
• Investigate and resolve software-related inquiries and operational issues raised by financial institution clients.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client account registration and onboarding.
• Guide institutional clients through platform adoption and operational setup.
• Monitor network connectivity and system performance during active trading sessions.
• Track live trading activity and coordinate the resolution of operational disruptions.
• Support the smooth operation of digital trading and capital markets transactions.
• Work with internal administrative and operational departments to establish effective reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, operational issues, and resolution activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve client support processes and platform reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer support, banking, financial services, or related operations.
• Background in customer service, client support, or the banking industry.
• Familiarity with repurchase agreements (Repo transactions) and financial market operations.
• Proficiency in workplace IT applications and standard business software.
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer inquiries involving software or operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Understanding of Repo transactions, fixed-income markets, or institutional trading workflows.

• Familiarity with monitoring trading systems, network connectivity, or operational performance.
• Experience collaborating with sales, business development, and operations teams.
• Interest in Fintech, financial market automation, and AI-driven trading technology.
