    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and support assigned medical device portfolio for clinicians and distributors
    • Deliver product demonstrations, technical guidance, and procedural support
    • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies
    • Participate in regional workshops, seminars, and professional meetings
    • Collect and report market insights and competitor intelligence
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product adoption
    • Provide field feedback to support product lifecycle management and business expansion

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
    • Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare
    • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective sales strategies
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted clinical relationships
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a field-based role
    • Skilled in delivering technical information clearly to healthcare professionals
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent
    • English: Basic to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Valid driver's license for regional travel
    • Experience supporting medical device demonstrations or clinical workflows
