Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support assigned medical device portfolio for clinicians and distributors
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical guidance, and procedural support
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies
- Participate in regional workshops, seminars, and professional meetings
- Collect and report market insights and competitor intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product adoption
- Provide field feedback to support product lifecycle management and business expansion
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective sales strategies
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted clinical relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a field-based role
- Skilled in delivering technical information clearly to healthcare professionals
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Basic to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
- Experience supporting medical device demonstrations or clinical workflows
