An European financial services firm is looking for a senior Client Onboarding specialist.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows and documentation.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Required skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Relative experience in Client Management, Regulatory, Due Diligence and KYC areas.
Preferred skills
- Expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
- Experience working with senior executives and external partners.
