A leading organisation within the financial services sector is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully office-based role offering strong exposure to senior leadership, commercial decision-making and strategic finance operations, with a high potential for the role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations and reporting
• Oversee commission processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Conduct revenue and performance analysis to support business growth
• Manage forecasting and cashflow planning across the organisation
• Prepare board and management reporting packs on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Partner with key business units to provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Support financial due diligence and integration activity for growth initiatives
