MARKETING EXECUTIVE/COORDINATOR

We are currently working a fantastic construction company who build high quality homes to find a Marketing Coordinator. The role is working as part of a small Marketing team who work in tandem with the Sales function. The role is a broad marketing position covering both on and offline marketing activities.
- Developing individual branding concepts through to on site installation of new developments
- Producing marketing proposals, including branding, sales requirements and signage placement
- Provide the Graphic Designer with the production of artwork and photography
- Supervises and implements online branding for website and external listings
- Conducting market research to identify target audience and competitor information
- Creating content for on and off line channels including social media, website and property brochures.
This is a fantastic role and the suitable and MUST come from a Marketing role within construction. A full, clean driving license is also required.
