    About the job

    About the job

    • There is a strong possibility for the contract to be extended beyond the initial year, primarily due to the team's ongoing involvement in a major transformation project.

    • The work schedule is Hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and offering 2 days of remote work flexibility per week.

    • The successful candidate must be highly independent, with the expectation that they will troubleshoot issues, think on their feet, and resolve escalations without needing constant direct support.

    • While the initial focus is on derivatives reporting, the role includes the potential for future scope expansion into Trade Life-Cycle Management for various other instruments.

    • The role is offered as a 1-Year Contract position, serving as a replacement within the Transaction Operations team.

    • Act as the lead Subject Matter Expert for trade regulatory reporting on projects, new product development, and process changes.

    • Proactively manage risks and controls, and drive continuous improvement in workflows, systems, and processes through automation and innovation.

    • Support the end-to-end trade life cycle management, with a potential to expand focus to other instruments in the future.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Requirements:

    • Direct, hands-on experience with EMIR or MAS reporting.

    • At least 5-7 years of experience in Middle Office or Operations within the Asset Management industry.

    • Strong foundational understanding of asset management operations, particularly in the derivatives/regulatory reporting space.
