We are looking for a talented and experienced Security Engineer to join our Global Technology Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, design, and implement robust security architectures and solutions to protect applications, data, and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate security tasks and processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot security solutions and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Deploy security solutions on cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring they meet best practices and compliance requirements.
- Drive and manage security projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, and development teams, to integrate security into all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, and proactively improve the security posture of our systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
