Business Controlling Senior Executive

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established multinational organisation to hire a Senior Executive, Business Controlling to support its finance and performance management function. This role offers strong exposure to business partnering, analysis, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L analysis, forecasts and performance tracking

Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear insights to stakeholders

Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to support business decision-making

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises

Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data visualisation tools, including Power BI
-
Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiency initiatives
Requirements
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
-
At least 3 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis or reporting roles
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools

Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
