Job Description
Support the Business Finance team in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
1-year contract.
Liaise with distribution channels and business leaders to align initiatives with company strategic direction.
Handle financial pattern analysis, performance metric tracking, and business case reviews.
Up to $6,500 per month.
The Opportunity Act as a strategic partner to our business leaders. You will go beyond the numbers to provide the "why" behind financial patterns and help steer the company's performance.
Key Responsibilities

FP&A Core: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting by working closely with relevant functions to produce key financials.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial patterns to enhance senior management's understanding of company financials.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with distribution channels to monitor sales performance and distribution expenses.
What You Bring

Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in insurance and performance management
