    Director of Operations - FinTech / Wealth Management

    Location:

    Overview

    The Operations Director will lead the delivery and day-to-day execution of the Digital Wealth Platform in Canada, in line with the Group's overall strategy.

    This role bridges business, technology, and regulatory requirements to ensure the platform is delivered effectively and continues to evolve for the Canadian market. You'll translate group strategy into practical execution, while maintaining alignment with HQ standards, controls, and objectives.

    Core Responsibilities

    As Director of Operations, you will:

    • Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, implementation, and client success, working closely with global stakeholders and teams
    • Build stability and cohesion within a Canadian team that reports into an international function
    • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and delivery outcomes, with clear reporting to the CEO and global leadership
    • Support the evolution of the Canadian offering by identifying risks and improvement opportunities
    • Drive an agile, decentralized governance model while championing a strong, consistent culture in Canada

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
    • Experience within the financial services, fintech or wealth management industry
    • Experience reporting to a headquarters outside Canada
    • Proven experience translating strategy into execution within complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-cultural organizations
    • Familiar with Canadian regulatory environments and experienced collaborating with risk, compliance, and control teams
