To ensure a smooth transition and to empower employees with the skills they need, we are looking for a talented and experienced Training Manager to support the transformation.
As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and ensure that all employees are fully equipped to use the new system effectively. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and create targeted training programs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create user-friendly training materials, including guides, manuals, and video tutorials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative methods to enhance the learning experience.
