Data Governance Analyst

We are searching for a Data Governance Analyst to join a growing team at a leading manufacturing company renowned for its great company culture and flexible hybrid working environment. In this role, you will play a crucial role in establishing a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality and integrity, and empowering stakeholders with insightful business analysis.

The Role:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues.
• Partner with business teams to define data needs and build comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Analyse data trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain strong master data processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in either data governance, data quality management, or business analysis in a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of data management best practices and principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A demonstrably self-starting approach, able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
