We are looking for a talented Content Designer to support a leading University's digital transformation initiatives, helping to deliver a seamless and user-friendly experience for students and staff.
What you'll do:

Write clear, engaging, and user-focused copy for eDMs, landing pages, and navigation labels.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure content is consistent, accessible, and aligned with the digital experience strategy.

Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and tone appropriate for diverse audiences.

Contribute to content standards, guidelines, and best practices for ongoing digital transformation.
About you:

Proven experience in content design, copywriting, or UX writing.

Ability to write for web, email, and navigation contexts, simplifying complex information for users.

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
