We're partnering with a leading advisory firm seeking a Senior Leader - Change & Transformation to join their growing NSW practice. This is a senior role leading major transformation programs while driving business growth and team development.

The Role
You'll lead the design and delivery of large-scale change programs across organisational design, operating model transformation, and business improvement. Alongside delivery, you'll play a key role in work-winning and business development, building trusted client relationships and shaping a strong pipeline of opportunities.

About You
You bring a strong consulting background (Big 4, boutique, or similar) with experience delivering complex change across infrastructure or government sectors. You're commercially minded, confident leading teams, and skilled at engaging senior stakeholders.
