VP Compliance Monitoring - Testing

Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a VP Compliance Monitoring / Testing to join their Compliance team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Carry out testing and monitoring work
• Complete the reviews, monitoring, testing and other work.
• Carry out quality controls over processes.
• Participate in conduct risk assessment exercises.
• Play a leading role in the design and delivery of risk-based testing.
• Supervise the work of staff on the team including coaching, supporting and training junior members of the team and direct line management of a small team.

Previous experience within Compliance Monitoring/Assurance is preferred.
