Opportunity to join a global business, seeking a driven and creative Technical Project Manager, focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In this role, you will shape and implement strategies for enterprise automation, collaborating with various internal business units, technology teams and vendors to identify and execute automation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business process reviews to highlight RPA capabilities
- Establish milestones, monitor progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Mentor colleagues on automation best practices and development techniques
- Act as a liaison between the technical and functional teams
- Drive adoption of emerging automation technologies across the enterprise
- Support successful solution implementation
Qualifications:
- Project or programme management experience in RPA
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with automation software platforms, preferably UIPath
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects to tight deadlines
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with change management best practices
This is an initial 9 month contract with a view for extension, 3 days per week in the London office required and paid on a daily rate PAYE basis.
