Senior Management Accountant (Interim)
I'm working with a leading, private equity backed technology business that specialises in innovative software solutions for the construction sector. With an established presence across Europe and a strong focus on digital transformation, the business is continuing to evolve and invest in its future. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join the finance team on an interim basis, supporting financial reporting and helping drive improvements across the function. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business operating at the intersection of technology and real estate, with exposure to a fast paced, evolving environment.
The Role
- Lead the month end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Deliver variance analysis and provide insights into business performance.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
- Work closely with senior finance stakeholders on process improvements and ad hoc projects.
About You
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong management accounting experience within a fastmpaced environment.
- SaaS, technology or subscription based business experience is essential.
- PE backed Experience is essential
- Hands on approach with strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in a changing, private equity backed environment.
- Immediately available or able to start within 1-2 weeks.
- Previous interim experience is highly desirable.
