As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimising the organisation's Salesforce Service Cloud platform. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong track record of successful project delivery
Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong understanding of best practices and platform capabilities
Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
Immediate or short notice availability highly preferred
