Receptionist (Temporary)

Are you looking for short term temporary work in London? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for Temporary cover starting in September.

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and general office duties.
• Book and prepare meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
