The role:
As a Global Mobility Tax Manager, you'll advise on complex challenges, including future of work trends such as cross-border working, remote working and virtual assignments. You'll collaborate with experts in other divisions, such as tax, technology, immigration and mobility administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of client engagements in your portfolio (clients will vary in size and sector)
- Actively involved in delivering advice on all areas of cross border tax advisory such as Tax, Social Security, Policy and Process
- Working closely with the offshore team to deliver on assignee compliance
- Carry out arrival and departure briefings for Senior/VIP assignees
- Provide UK Tax technical advice to clients
- Ensure you're keeping your clients up to date on any global mobility and UK Tax changes
- Manage and coach junior colleagues
- Strengthen and build client and external relationships
