Working in London's prestigious Mayfair, due to the demands of the role, this is an office based position working 9am - 6pm supporting both on a business and a personal level.

Supporting several key figures within the UK division of a prominent international family business, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Arranging comprehensive travel itineraries: This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and handling any necessary visa applications, health documentation, and customs paperwork.
Managing complex diaries and schedules: Oversee and coordinate multiple, often conflicting, commitments across different time zones, ensuring seamless calendar management and efficient time allocation.
Overseeing administrative functions: Support the business with a variety of essential administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
Preparing for meetings: Ensure meeting agendas are set, materials are prepared, and follow-ups are completed promptly, assisting with minute-taking and action item tracking as needed.
Facilities management and contractor coordination: Oversee the management of external contractors, including maintenance and other facility-related vendors, ensuring smooth operations of the business environment.
Invoice and expense processing: Handle the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission, and assist in tracking expenses.
HR administrative support: Assist with human resources-related duties, such as payroll processing, onboarding new employees, and ensuring that staff records are up to date.
