Senior Sales Executive
Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of our client, one of Ireland's leading Tile and Bathroom group.
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for growth, development and to drive sales for the business. This role is based on site in their showroom in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities with key industry players.
- Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets set by the company.
- Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with the showroom sales team to schedule and follow up on client appointments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Retail showroom experience or recent experience in customer facing sales within the commercial construction sector (minimum 5 years).
- Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering results.
- Full clean valid driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Focused and goal orientated.
- Good level of computer literacy.
Advantage preferred requirements:
- Previous sales experience within the tiling and plumbing or related sector.
- Experience using Intact IQ ERP System.
- Proven track record in winning sales orders.
