Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Co. Tipperary to recruit a Financial Controller for their dynamic finance team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) and will be based fully onsite.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll partner closely with operations, site leadership and central commercial and finance teams to ensure the financial impact of all operational and commercial decisions is fully understood and effectively managed. Leading the site finance function, you'll drive best practice, benchmark performance and support strategies that enhance growth and profitability.

The Ideal Candidate

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience

Finance experience within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing

Proven experience operating at a senior finance level (e.g., Controller/Director)

Strong track record in leading and managing senior finance professionals

Excellent systems knowledge and the ability to contribute to financial systems implementation

Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively across all levels, internally and externally
