This is a key leadership role within the finance team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit control from cash collection and credit risk to team management and internal stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated Credit Control team, ensuring timely and effective collections.
- Review and approve new credit applications, manage credit limits, and monitor high-risk accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve account queries.
- Provide regular reporting on debtors, aged balances, DSO, and bad debt provisions.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
- Support process improvement projects and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirments:
- Proven people management experience - ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong Excel skills - capable of analysing data and producing clear, actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using ERP systems
- Highly organised with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
