Legal Counsel (Payment Industry)

Our client is one of the leading payment business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to business teams for contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
• Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive set of agreement templates.
• Advise business units with clear, practical legal guidance and solutions.
• Ensure Octopus Group's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support ad-hoc legal projects as needed.

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 6+ years of post qualification experience.
• Demonstrated general commercial law experience (private practice and/or in-house).
• Proven ability in legal research and contract drafting.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
