Client Onboarding - Leading Private Bank

Responsibilities

• Assist on the end to end new account request process as well as case review
• Process different kinds of account opening and client documentation from front office, review documentation in accordance to the Bank's compliance policies, including client identification and verification documents, contractual agreements, account application forms, tax forms and other documents
• Review client's source of wealth profile, background check results and supporting documents for SOW corroboration
• Work with front office Sales and relevant stakeholders on missing documentation and inconsistent information
• Follow up on post onboarding outstanding documents and escalate issues to senior management if needed

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Prior experience in private banking, onboarding, KYC or SOW review
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Close attention to details, well-organised and self-motivated
