About the role
Our prestigious investment bank is seeking a driven and meticulous individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This entry-level role presents a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in the finance sector. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to supporting our daily operations, handling administrative duties, and facilitating seamless communication between our Korean and English-speaking teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and team members, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports
- Serve as a crucial liaison between our Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams, ensuring seamless communication and fostering collaboration
- Assist with document preparation, translation, and proofreading tasks in both Korean and English
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and compiling meeting materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, responding promptly and professionally
- Support office operations by monitoring and replenishing supplies, and coordinating maintenance requests
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned in our dynamic work environment
Requirements:
- Native Korean Speaker who communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrates robust organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and exemplary time management skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all organizational levels
- Exhibits unwavering professionalism, integrity, and the discretion to handle confidential information with the utmost care
- Adopts a proactive, resourceful mindset and the aptitude to prioritize tasks, working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in an administrative role or internship is preferred, but not a strict requirement
