Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing dynamic team in Kerry. As a key member of the sales function, you will be responsible for actively seeking new sales leads, converting sales appointments, and supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and tailored emails
- Present our company to potential prospects
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the GN Sales Team
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas or working in a successful sales target environment(s)
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
