Contractor Care Consultant
As a Contractor Care Consultant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of contractors working with the company. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their engagement with the organisation. Your role is crucial in fostering positive relationships, promoting retention, and optimising contractor performance.
Key responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly check in with contractors to assess their satisfaction levels, address concerns, and offer support.
- Build rapport and establish trust to enhance contractor loyalty and engagement.
- Managing and coordinating the administration of all temporary placements and extensions.
- Liaising with our clients if we require additional information to enable us to process
- Helping our candidates navigate our internal systems for contract acceptance and timesheets
- Management of daily reports, including updating and monitoring master documents to help grow our contracting business.
- Helping to drive contracting initiatives to add value to our contractor community.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in contractor management, customer service, account management and/or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with contractors at all levels.
- Passionate about people and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent administration and reporting skills, along with high attention to detail will also be key to your success.
