Customer Care & Frontline Engagement:
Act as the primary contact for walk-in policyholders, providing warm, professional, and efficient service.
Resolve customer inquiries across policy details, premium payments, claims procedures, and coverage options.
Manage customer feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
Policy Servicing & Support:
Guide policyholders through general policy administration, including address/contact updates, beneficiary changes, policy loans, and claim submissions.
Educate clients on digital self-service tools and online portal features to enhance customer experience.
Cross-Buying & Client Value Addition:
Understand customer insurance needs during service interactions and introduce suitable life, medical, or general insurance options.
Execute cross-buying initiative strategies and refer interested clients to internal specialists or advisors.
Compliance & Standards:
Adhere to Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and documentation.
Education: Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
Licensing Requirements:
IIQE Passes (Papers 1, 3, 5) are preferred, but NOT required.
Open to non-IIQE holders (full training and examination support will be provided).
