Job Responsibilities:
Oversee system architecture, technical evaluations, and project management tasks.
Collaborate with teams and vendors to gather and clarify requirements for system integration.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while building strong relationships with user teams.
Assist in developing and reviewing requirements, specifications, and recommendations from stakeholders.
Provide technical insights to support the company's business objectives and analyze operational metrics.
Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred; Higher Diploma candidates may be considered for lower grades.
Over 8 years of experience in design, development, testing, and system releases, preferably with MS Dynamics CRM and API integration.
Strong knowledge of the MS Dynamics CE platform, with implementation of at least two first-party applications; experience in Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure design, development, and API integration is a definite plus.
Familiarity with C#, RPA, OpenAI, and ability to model in MS Power BI is beneficial.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse business users.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure effectively, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst role.
