Senior Account Manager - MNC HR Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Prospects and generates leads across multiple industries.
• Maintains an active and relevant sales pipeline through research and administration.
• Proactively identifies new sales and business opportunities.
• Executes marketing and sales plans, tracking effectiveness.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closures.
• Engages in product footprint expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Interacts with senior management (Chiefs, VPs, Directors).
• Resolves client escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Builds internal relationships across the organization.
• Maintains industry and product knowledge.
• Ensures external communications align with standards.
• Negotiates contract terms to achieve closure.
• Attends industry events and networking opportunities.
• Completes complex sales independently.

Requirements:

• At lease 3-4 years of B2B consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling risk management or HR-related services.
• Experience with client RFPs and long sales cycles.
• Experience using CRM tools and business analytics.
• Strong understanding of products/services.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Industry and marketing knowledge.
• Exceptional written and oral communication.
• Cantonese and English language skills.
• Proficiency in IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
