Project Officer, Renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing end-to-end technology projects by refining business requirements, formulating project strategies, and ensuring successful project completion.
• Provide project management assistance by overseeing timelines, tracking progress, updating statuses, managing issue logs, and documenting process flows.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements essential for technology project execution.
• Conduct thorough market research on data, digital services, smart city applications, and emerging innovation trends.
• Prepare documentation and materials for both internal and external meetings.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data, engineering, technology, business, or related fields, or possess equivalent qualifications.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology project management or IT project delivery.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.
• Demonstrate knowledge or a strong interest in data, smart city applications, and the I&T sectors.
• Exhibit self-motivation, organizational skills, and a cooperative team spirit.
• Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under tight deadlines.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
